Terms of service

These terms apply between you and BeLinked (“we”) when you use our customer portal. By creating an account and sending us a request, you accept them.

What we do

We help you prepare and follow through applications relating to living in Türkiye: residence permits, university registration, health insurance, translation, certificate accreditation, accommodation consulting and airport transfers. We guide you, check your paperwork, and deal with the relevant offices on your behalf where you ask us to.

What we cannot do

We are a private company. We are not a government body, a law firm, or a university, and we are not acting for any of them. Decisions on residence permits, visas, university admission, accreditation and similar matters are made by the responsible authority, not by us. Nothing we tell you is a guarantee that your application will be approved, or approved within any particular time. Information we give you about requirements is practical guidance, not legal advice, and official requirements change — we will tell you what we understand to be current, and the deciding authority always has the final say.

Your account

You sign in with Google. Keep control of that account, since anyone who can access it can see your case and your documents. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has gained access. Create an account only for yourself, or for someone who has asked you to act for them.

Requests, quotes and fees

Sending a request through the portal starts a review; it does not by itself create a binding agreement for us to carry out the work, and no payment is taken in the portal. After we review your request we will confirm what we can do, what it will cost, and what we need from you. Work begins once you accept that quote. Fees payable to third parties — government charges, university fees, insurance premiums, notary or translation costs — are separate from our fee and are your responsibility.

Cancellation and refunds

You can stop working with us at any time. If you cancel, work that has not yet started is refunded in full; work already carried out is charged at the agreed rate. Amounts already paid to a government office or other third party on your behalf usually cannot be recovered, and we will tell you before we incur any such cost.

What we need from you

• Give us accurate, complete and current information. Applications are refused over small inconsistencies, and we can only work from what you give us.
• Upload genuine documents that belong to you. Submitting forged or altered documents is a criminal matter in Türkiye; we will stop work immediately and cannot shield you from the consequences.
• Respond when we ask for something. Deadlines set by authorities are usually strict and we cannot extend them.
• Use the portal only for your own case, and do not attempt to access anyone else’s records or disrupt the service.

Your documents

You keep ownership of everything you upload. You allow us to store your documents and pass them to the offices handling your case, as described in our privacy policy. Uploads must be PDF, PNG or JPEG files within the size limits shown in the portal. Keep your own copies of anything important — the portal is a working tool for your case, not a permanent archive.

Where our responsibility ends

We are responsible for carrying out our own work with reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for a decision made by an authority, for a delay caused by an office outside our control, for a change in official requirements, or for the consequences of information you gave us that turned out to be inaccurate or incomplete. Nothing here limits any responsibility that cannot be limited under Turkish law.

Ending the service

We may stop work and close your account if you use the portal unlawfully, submit false documents, or do not pay an agreed fee. If we do, we will tell you why and return what belongs to you.

Changes and governing law

If we change these terms we will update the date at the top of this page, and material changes will not apply retroactively to work already agreed. These terms are governed by Turkish law, and the courts of Türkiye have jurisdiction over any dispute.
